Supporting students in reaching their educational goals through Financial & Prayer Support

About Me
willing to trust in the midst of uncertainty
Ethan is our first student to come to EnterMission from Canada, where he moved several years ago from Indiana. Quiet and reserved, he loves music and sports and his grandfather works at Johnson University and that is how he heard about EnterMission.

People join EnterMission for different reasons: some because they have an interest in missions, others because they want time off from school, and some simply don't know what their next steps are. Whatever the reason, we tell each student that whatever the reason, they have to be willing to commit to the process. Ethan came to us unsure of what he was going to do--but he has committed to every part of what we are doing. In fact, we have seen him grow tremendously from a quiet and shy team member to someone who is willing to speak up and work hard! In fact, he recently decided to be baptized! So we are very excited to see his growth and to be witnesses to his baptism. Way to go, Ethan!!!

We are thankful to all of Ethan's friends, his church family and others who are stepping up with their prayer and financial support to make his mission's journey possible.

Under the Bridge is a ministry whose mission is to serve the homeless people through providing clothes, food and drink, and other services such as bike repair, dental, and medical. We work with this ministry every Wednesday evening.
Something I noticed with Under the Bridge ministry is that people there have stories, and a good portion of them want to share their stories. They want people to see them and to be seen by others.
Stories are how we connect. When you hear the stories of the people around you, then you can become more deeply connected with them. I feel honored to have the opportunity to hear their stories. I’m grateful that I was able to pray for the people who shared their stories right with them in their mess.
I would encourage you to seek someone out and to hear their story and pray with them. Even when it’s a mess, being there matters.
